Join a hands‑on gyoza & tonkotsu‑style ramen class led by a cheerful local cook in a cozy high‑rise home between Ginza and Tsukiji.

Traditional tonkotsu broth can simmer for a full day, and making fresh noodles from scratch is labor‑intensive. In this class you’ll master a shortcut recipe that captures creamy tonkotsu flavor without pork bones, ready in about an hour and simple enough to recreate back home with supermarket ingredients. Even Japanese foodies are amazed by how quick and tasty it is!

You’ll wrap, grill, and plate your own gyoza, then enjoy your steaming bowl of ramen while chatting and taking in the skyline views. Ideal for couples, friends, or families who want a relaxed taste of everyday Tokyo.

After a short intro, we’ll jump into cooking — no studio setup here. This hands-on class takes place in a real Tokyo home using everyday kitchen tools.

The ramen is beginner-friendly and takes about an hour. The main ingredients are easy to find back home, and you’ll also discover a few Japanese seasonings worth picking up while you’re here. Even Japanese locals are surprised how flavorful it is without using pork bones.

You’ll also wrap and pan-fry 8 gyoza, learning how to get crispy bottoms and juicy centers.

After the meal, your host (a former bar owner and food lover) is happy to share local tips — from favorite standing bars to hidden ramen spots.

This isn’t just a cooking class — it’s a relaxed and delicious way to experience Tokyo, one bite (and sip) at a time.
