1. Introduction

Welcome to Med Tours. By booking any of our tours, activities, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All reservations require a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
  • Final payment is due before the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinar unless stated otherwise and may be subject to change before booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to info@medtours.net.
  • Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses.
  • 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.
  • No refund will be issued for unused services or no-shows.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
  • Med Tours reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries when necessary.

5. Responsibilities and Liability

  • Med Tours acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity arising from their acts or omissions.
  • We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, health, and personal belongings.

6. Health and Safety

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate.
  • Please inform us of any health conditions or dietary restrictions before your trip.

7. Complaints

  • If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform our representative immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts.
