Itinerary
Join us for a delightful pasta-making class in the heart of London's West End. Starting with antipasti and unlimited Prosecco to set the mood. During this two-hour experience, our expert Italian pasta chef will guide you through the artisan techniques and timeless traditions of "pasta fatta a mano"—handmade pasta passed down through generations in Italy. You'll learn to make either pasta bianca (flour and water pasta) or pasta all'uovo (egg and flour pasta), crafting a classic shape such as tagliatelle, malloreddus, orecchiette, or even filled pasta such as tortellini, depending on the chef's choice for the day.
Everything you need will be provided, from ingredients to an apron and specialized pasta tools—just bring your enthusiasm and love for Italian cuisine!

You'll then sit down to enjoy your creations together with your classmates.
