This unique experience is designed for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0-2 joining for free. The experience lasts approximately 2 hours from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and is priced at 2205 AED including VAT. Guests should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time as late arrivals may miss parts of the itinerary, and no rescheduling or compensation will be offered. A maximum waiting time of 15 minutes applies, after which the experience may be canceled without a refund. Breakfast options must be selected in advance to enjoy the full VIP giraffe interaction, and food is served according to the scheduled time, so late arrivals may receive cold meals for which the zoo cannot be held responsible. All guests are required to follow the zoo’s safety and precautionary guidelines, and photographs, souvenirs, or additional services are not included unless stated. Availability may vary based on operational capacity and animal conditions, making this an intimate and memorable wildlife encounter not to be missed.
