Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. Entry ticket is valid for general admission and activities only, and is not valid for non-complimentary services such as food/beverages, birthday parties, photos and video services. Once the booking is made it is considered as FINAL booking. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Parents or guardians must not leave their child alone in the queue or anywhere outside KidZania. Once admitted inside children cannot exit temporarily. Re-admission is not allowed. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Lost KidZos or cheques are non-refundable. KidZania is not responsible for lost/misplaced or stolen tickets. KidZania may change operating hours or close temporarily due to refurbishing/capacity/inclement weather or special events. Please be respectful of other guests. Some establishments have age and height restrictions and fixed schedules. Open from 12 to 10 pm on weekdays and 10am to 10pm on weekends 9 subject to change without prior notice.
