Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. Guests are expected to at least arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure. The boarding time starts at 6:15 pm. The actual cruise time is 2.5 hours from 7 PM to 9.30 PM. The boar will leave as scheduled, any late arrival will be declared as a "NO Show" and will not be scheduled nor refunded. In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as power failure, new laws, and regulations, or government functions, the service may be cancelled, and alternate arrangements will be done. During the Holy month of Ramadan and other Islamic holidays, all entertainment activities are restricted. On regular occasions, all entertainment activities require government approvals and will be stopped if they do not comply with local laws. Any violations may result in penalties from the authorities, which will be payable by the Customer. Voucher is not valid on special events and dates like Public Holidays, 24th and 25th December, UAE National Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and Ramadan. All bookings are Final. No refund, no cancellation. Rescheduling due to an emergency is subject to approval and availability.
